Stop Waiting to Feel Ready

You know what needs to happen to grow your business.

The challenge isn’t knowing what to do. It’s overcoming the fear, self-doubt, and hesitation that keep you from taking action.

Whether it’s networking, sales conversations, videos, presentations, or simply putting yourself out there, confidence isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you build through action.

Sometimes the hardest part is figuring out what’s really getting in the way.

That’s why I offer a complimentary Show Up With Confidence Session.

In this session, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, uncover the patterns driving hesitation and self-doubt, and create a clear next step so you can move forward with greater confidence and ease.

Does This Sound Familiar?

You’re smart. Capable. Passionate about what you do.

You know your work can help people.

But lately…

• You keep putting off the video you know you should record.
• You attend networking events but struggle to start conversations.
• You avoid following up because you don’t want to feel pushy.
• You overthink sales conversations before they even happen.
• You second-guess yourself after meetings, presentations, or client calls.
• You keep waiting until you feel more confident before taking action.

You don’t need another marketing strategy.

You don’t need more information.

You need the confidence to share what you do and let people know how you can help.

What’s Really Happening

You know what to do.

You know you should make the call, follow up with the lead, attend the networking event, record the video, or have the sales conversation.

So why do you keep putting it off?

Sometimes the hesitation has nothing to do with what you’re doing today.

It may be connected to criticism, rejection, embarrassment, or a past experience that didn’t go well. Over time, those experiences can teach you to play it safe, stay quiet, or avoid situations that feel uncomfortable.

That can show up as:

• Procrastination disguised as preparation
• Overthinking every decision
• Avoiding sales conversations or networking opportunities
• Second-guessing yourself after taking action
• Holding back because a similar situation didn’t go well in the past
• Waiting until you feel “ready” before moving forward
• Staying busy instead of doing what matters most

This isn’t a lack of motivation.

It’s your mind and body trying to protect you based on what they’ve learned.

The good news is that those patterns can be changed.

A Different Approach to Confidence

Most women entrepreneurs don’t need more information.

They already know what they should be doing.

What they need is the confidence to follow through consistently—even when fear, self-doubt, or uncertainty show up.

This isn’t about forcing yourself to push harder.

It isn’t about pretending you’re confident when you’re not.

And it isn’t about waiting until fear disappears.

My approach helps you understand what’s keeping you stuck, retrain old patterns, and take action with greater confidence and ease.

So you can:

✓ Start conversations without overthinking them
✓ Follow up without feeling pushy
✓ Show up more confidently at networking events
✓ Record videos and share your message more comfortably
✓ Trust yourself instead of second-guessing every decision
✓ Take action before you feel perfectly ready

Hi, I’m Valerie Holden.

I help women entrepreneurs overcome fear, self-doubt, and hesitation so they can confidently share what they do, connect with others, and grow their businesses.

Many of the women I work with already know what they should be doing.

The challenge isn’t knowing what to do.

It’s finding the confidence to do it consistently.

Whether it’s networking, sales conversations, videos, presentations, or simply putting themselves out there, fear and self-doubt often get in the way.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 20 years as a police officer, where staying calm under pressure wasn’t optional. That experience taught me how fear affects decision-making, how stress impacts performance, and why confidence isn’t something people magically feel before they act.

Today, I help women entrepreneurs build the confidence to move forward even when fear, uncertainty, or self-doubt are trying to hold them back.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone:

• You second-guess yourself

• You put things off until you feel “ready”

• You avoid conversations because they feel uncomfortable

• You worry about making mistakes or being judged

• You know exactly what needs to be done but struggle to do it

That’s why my work goes beyond motivation and positive thinking.

Together, we’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck, build confidence from the inside out, and help you take the actions that move your business forward.

Because confidence isn’t something you wait for.

It’s something you build.

How We Work Together

Building confidence isn’t about getting rid of fear.

It’s about understanding what’s holding you back, changing the patterns that keep you stuck, and taking action one step at a time.

Together, we’ll:

✓ Identify the fears, doubts, and habits that are getting in your way

✓ Understand where those patterns came from and why they keep showing up

✓ Learn practical tools to calm your mind and body when fear takes over

✓ Build confidence through real-world action and experience

✓ Create momentum so you can stop waiting and start moving forward

✓ Develop the courage to have conversations, make offers, and share your message

My goal isn’t to help you become someone else.

It’s to help you become more comfortable being the person you already are.
