Hi, I’m Valerie Holden.

I’m an Executive Wellness Coach specializing in nervous system regulation for high-pressured professionals.

Before I ever coached a client, I spent 20 years as a police officer working in high-stress, high-stakes environments where calm under pressure wasn’t optional — it was required.

I know what it’s like to:

• Make decisions when adrenaline is high
• Stay composed while your body is in survival mode
• Carry responsibility that doesn’t turn off at the end of the day
